Head of Sales

5+ years of sales leadership experience
Gross salary range starts from 6000 EUR/month
Location: Vilnius / Worldwide
Responsibilities:
  • Create, update and apply an effective sales strategy, ensuring that processes and metrics are in place to achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and developments within our target markets
  • Build strong relationships with C-Suite individuals at mid-market and Enterprise level organisations
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Present sales revenue and expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Lead, hire, expand and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement
  • Act as the subject matter expert, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of sales leadership experience in an international Mid-Market and Enterprise context, with a focus on IT Services required
  • Proved record of closed sales (at least half million euros per year on average)
  • Knowledge and experience in the IT Software development space is a significant advantage
  • Has already established global network (clients, partners, suppliers, GOV representatives) with proven success in sourcing leads, managing the sales pipeline, and client relationships
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious and driven to create changes person, who is willing to make a real contribution to the growth of the company
  • Effective communicator focused on building long-term networks by establishing a positive and ongoing rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
  • Previously lived or currently living abroad is a big plus
